Karthik is serious about politics

Karthik who made his debut as a hero in the film Alaigal Oyvadhillai in the year 1981 had given many silver jubilee hits. Now he is donning the role of a villain in Manirathinam’s film. He made his foray into politics in the year 2006. Currently he is speaking on the podiums o All India Parliamentary People Party. Recently in a meeting in Madurai he said, “ No body can separate me from politics.
Today youth should first feel that they are Indians and later feel that they are Tamilians. If a danger approaches our country, our youth should be ready to bear the gun for the safety of our nation.”
