Tamil actress Tamannah Bhatia is making merry in Telugu cinema industry these days. Her Telugu film ‘ 100% love” is a hit and will be soon made into Kollywood and bollywood. Director Linguswamy is said to make the movie in Tamil version and is likely to feature Udayanidhi Stalin in lead.

Now, the news is out that tamannah is being flooded by more Telugu film offers and her skin show and her ‘full cooperation’ in wearing skimpy costumes is mesmerizing the Telugu film makers.

Coming to Kollywood, tamannah is just acting in a Tamil movie ‘Venghai’ opposite to Dhanush these days. She replies that, she is busy with Telugu films and so has no time for Tamil films. But the actress is reported to be severely disappointed with their marriage of Karthi and so is avoiding Chennai in all aspects.

Tamannah was interested in Karthi and the same was also expected from the star hero as well. But his father played spoilsport in their love bond hurriedly went for a marriage alliance, from a remote place in Tamilnadu.

The Tamil cinema news sources are buzzing that if Karthi’s marriage announcement has disappointed tamannah to such level, then what will be her reaction, when the star marries his fiancé Ranjani? [HC]

Hansika recently experienced horror on the sets of a film. She lost her ring. And the ring along with the diamond cost around three lakhs. She suddenly raised an alarm. And there was a frantic search for the ring. And the shooting had to be stopped for around three hours. After the three hours, nobody was able to find the ring and the director had to cajole Hansika to come back for the shooting with Dhanush.

By evening the shooting was over for the day and one spot boy came near her. He coolly handed her 'lost' ring!! He revealed that it was found near the wash basin. And the happy Hansika gave him five thousand rupees.

Hansika said about this set, "my ring was lost and I am very glad to get back. Actually, it was my Mom's Gift, so it is valuable to me". (GUL)

Previously it was Surya and Dhanush bagging the greatest gifts and now Jeyam Ravi joins the league. His wife Aarthi has delivered a baby boy day before yesterday at Apollo Hospital in Chennai. Ravi was busy shooting for the film ‘Aadhi Bhaghavan’ in Malaysia and soon after completing the schedule will be back to Chennai. The family members of Ravi have been elated with the birth of child and are sharing their happiness with all family members.

’Super Star’ Rajinikanth became grandfather again. His daughter Aishwarya Dhanush gave birth to a baby boy at a private hospital in Chennai yesterday (June 21) at 6.21 in the morning.

"I never thought fatherhood the second time would be so special”, Dhanush’s voice brimmed over with paternal pride.

“Right now we haven’t thought of any particular name. We’re just so happy to see him healthy and happy. Both mom and the baby are fine. Aishwarya will be home in a day or two.”

This is the couple’s second son. Their first son, Yatra is three years old and has started going to kindergarten. Dhanush who was shooting in Chennai was by Aishwarya’s side during the delivery. (CHIT)

Finally Vetrimaran team has found Dhanush's new heroine for Adukalam. The girl is Tapsi, a software engineer from Punjab.

According to Vetrimaran, Tapsi is very new to film industry. And interestingly, he was in search of a fresh face like her for long time. Tapsi will be appear as an Anglo Indian in this film and she has almost completed her part. It will hit the screen on January 14 as a grand Pongal as well as Tamil New Year release.

According to the reports, the hero is going to hold on to the mike for a song in his own film Singam.

Director Hari, who is all set to begin this project with Surya, is planning to make the actor sing for the film.

Heroes like Vikram, Vijay, Bharath, Simbu and Dhanush are already there in the league, along with the legendary actor Kamal Hassan.

Singam is Surya's 25th film and the actor wants to make it an unforgettable one in his career. Sources close to the director reveal that the hot music director Yuvan has signed the dotted lines and Anuska plays the lead lady role.

The Boss is always known for his simplicity and unfussiness. This quality of his was reiterated at a small function held recently. His grandson Yathra’s ear-piercing ceremony was held in Kasthuri Mangammal temple in Muthu Rengapuram village near Theni without any of the usual fan fare and hype that generally surrounds any event in a celebrity’s household. As is customary in some Hindu families to have the ear piercing ceremony in the patriarchal native village or temple, entire Kasthuri Raja’s family was present at the function.

This was completely a close knit family function and was attended by Kasthuri Raja and his wife, Selvaraghavan and Sonia and the proud parents Aishwarya and Dhanush. As grandfather Rajinikanth was busy with Endhiran, he was not able to be with his pet grandson. The caring grandpa that he is, Rajini did not fail to call his daughter to find out if the little boy cried during the ceremony or not. It was said that the family returned to Chennai soon after this.

Dhanush's dream project, Aadukalam

After three consecutive hits, Dhanush is to start his next project with his favourute director Vetrimaaran. Titled as Aadukalam, the entire shooting of the film is going to take place in Madurai, Tamil Nadu for the next 6 months.

Aadukalam has Trisha playing the female lead and Oscar hero A.R. Rahman's nephew GV Prakash tuning the songs. According to Dhanush, Vetrimaaran has spent almost a year on the screen play and dialogue has the typical Madurai slang.

"Aadukalam is very special to me and I would say that it is my dream project. I have always admired the directorial sense of Vetri and he has an innovative style of film making and has always attempted to explore something new...,” says Dhanush.

Noted Sri Lankan Tamil writer and political observer V. I. S. Jayabalan is making his screen debut through this film.
