When it’s a Bala film nominated for National awards, there’s no other option left for the juries. Now, we have filmmaker Bala felicitated as the best director for his mind-boggling make of ‘Naan Kadavul’. Meanwhile, the film’s make-up artist Moorthy wins the award for ‘Best Makeover’ in Naan Kadavul.

Malayalam movie ‘Bioscope’ has been awarded as the best Jury Selection and Gowtham Menon’s ‘Vaaranam Aayiram’ has been adjudged as the ‘Best Movie’ of the year.

The other categories including Best Actors and technicians are yet to be revealed. (KT)

Rahman has really rocked across the globe as one of our viewers said conveyed great news that it’s one of the most highly sold out music on amazon.com…

But for Harris Jayaraj, it was actor Surya recommending him in as much film as possible. Now we hear that Vijay has offered Harris Jayaraj to score music for his 51st film to be directed by ‘Jayam’ Raja.

This is gonna be a special film since Raja has assured that it will be a direct Tamil film and not a remake. Of course, it’s an 8th wonder to see that both remake kings are opting for a new-fangled formulas. (KT)

Trisha has so far maintained gossip free personal life. But these days, rumors are in rife that she is closely bonding with her current co-star Tamil hero Simbu. Chennai film wallahs say they are currently seeing each other now.

Trisha and Simbu are working together in a film being directed by Gautam Memon. Few days after the shoot, slowly they started dating and now they are not leaving the other for a moment. In no time this friendship might turn into ‘serious’ relationship, unit members say. Simbu, who earlier dated with Trisha’s arc rival Nayanatara, is reportedly won the Trisha’s heart. It remains to be seen whether this really turns into love affair.

Gowtham doesn’t speak about leakage publicity

How does a filmmaker keep quite even after his songs of forthcoming film unofficially launched in websites?

Ask Mr. Gowtham Menon about this and acts as an innocent baby unaware about this. It’s more evident that he’s been involved in this cheap publicity. When one of the journalists questioned about this during his presence in audio launch of ‘Mutthirai’, he kept away saying he was unaware.

A.R. Rahman has scored just 4 songs and when already 2 of them are out, there need to be a great trouble amongst the crewmembers. But unfortunately, nothing seems to be more happening. It’s noteworthy that the filmmaker’s previous ‘Vaaranam Aayiram’ had three songs released a year before film’s release.
