Veteran comedienne Manorama in ICU

Veteran comedienne Manorama recently underwent a knee surgery in a private hospital in Chennai. Before the surgery, she was put under anesthesia. Unfortunately, the actress did not regain consciousness even after several hours. The doctors have admitted her to the intensive care unit and are monitoring her condition.
It is worth a mention here that Manorama went to Kerala a couple of months ago to try the traditional medicine but returned as it did not produce the desired results.

Bombay Kannan is producing a tele film titled Aatchi Matram under the banner Subha Creations.This tele film has the evergreen Manorama in the lead. The play written by Komal Swaminathan is directed by Vaathiyar Raman. ‘Vathiar’ Raman, ‘Bombay’ Kannan, Rajmadan, Narmada, Srijeth and Madhumitha are in the cast.
