Kamal Hassan to act in malluwood after two decades

South Indian versatile actor Kamal Hassan, who is also known as a living legend on south Indian cinema, will be acting in malluwood, after a gap of two decades. There is news that the actor has agreed to act in the film “Four Friends” which features actor jayaram, actor jayasurya and Kunchako Boban in the lead along with Meera Jasmine.

It is a fact that actor Jayaram and Kamal Hassan are good friends from almost 25 years and so Kamal has agreed to act in the project. Kamal Hassan has disclosed this news on the occasion of friendship day, which fell on August 1st, 2010. “Four friends” is a movie, which is related to friendship and Kamal Hassan wanted to feature in the movie, for the sake of sacred friendship bond with actor Jayaram. Divya Venkatasubramaniam , better known as Kanika by her stage name is back in big screen. Making her debut in the 2002 Tamil film Five Star, she went on to work in other South Indian film industries, including Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada, as well. She is perhaps best known for her performances as Eashwari in her debut film Five Star, Gayathri in Varalaru - History of Godfather and Thenmozhi in Autograph.

Currently she is doing Pazhassi raja with malayalam Superstar Mamooty and Supreme star Sharath kumar.the movie is directed by Hariharan and the story is written by Vasudevan Nair. Other cast includes Padmapriya, Manoj.K.jayan, Thilagan, Suman etc.

Meanwhile She has also acted in Malayalam movie Raja Thevathai with actor jayaram in lead and for first time she will be doing a comic role.

Sindhu Menon who briefly marked her name in the Tamil and Telugu cinema industries is a malluwood actress who has immense talent. The actress is said to be on cloud nine as her recent release “EERAM” has prang up to the silent hit spot. She thanked her director Arivazhagan who showed immense faith in her and also said that she was taught many secrets in acting by the director. Sindhu discloses that “EERAM” was a learning experience for her and hopes for the Tamil film industry to offer more such roles. Presently, the actress is acting in a Telugu movie titled as “Subadra” with a new face Kesavan. She is also acting in Malluwood with Jayaram and the movie is titled as “Rahasiya Police”
