Actress Sunaina, who made her debut with an overpowering performance in Kadhalil Vizhundhen is more elated with handful of projects. With her second film, Maasilamani turning to be a successful film, she had simultaneously signed for couple of films at the same time.

Right now, Sunaina has completed shooting for Yaadhumaagi and Kadhiravel. Kadhiravel is a film about an usual love story interwoven with lots of interesting elements incisively catering to the tastes of youth cohorts. Similarly her other film Yaadhumaagi too falls under the same category.

Yaadhumaagi was completed before a long time and is slated for the release on Valentine’s Day. Sunaina reveals that she will be signing for other projects patently after the release of this film, since it has offered her more scope to perform. (OI)

Actress Sunaina has gone ahead in accomplishing with her shots merely within in a single take.

She had imitated Anushka’s ‘Thiruthani’ in a particular sequence. Speaking about this, director Perarasu said, “There happens to be a shot where Sunaina plans to scare Bharath as he enters the house.

Immediately, she dresses up like the frustrated Anushka in ‘Arundhathi’ and throws him into extreme shock.

Sunaina did complete the shot with perfection with a single take and it was a wonderful act. It nearly took 90mins to complete the facial makeover”.

The film will be completed within a short period of time and is set to hit screens in January.

Preethi Jhangiani who was seen with Prashanth in Tamil film Hello a decade ago, moved on to Telugu and Hindi films. She then briefly hit the headlines last year when she got married to actor Parvin Dabbas. Now she is coming out with a bang in Kollywood where she will be seen in Madan directed by J.Akash. The film casts Jai Akash along with two heroines: Sunaina and Renuka Menon. Peethi will be paired with actor JD chakravarthy.The movie will be action cum romantic flick and is produced by digital Rajaram with music being scored by Sai Sreedhar- Kodeeswaran.

Jai Akash hits back at Sunaina

If Sunaina had persistently kept framing Jai Akash for her morphed images in Madhan, Jai Akash doesn’t remain silent. Recently, actress Sunaina had registered a complaint at South Indian Artists Association that Jai Akash had morphed her images for some intimate sequences to gain publicity for the film.

On this turn, Jai Akash makes his statement that it is Sunaina who shot those ‘intimate’ scenes with him and there’s no need for him to commit certain cheap acts of morphing. In his complaint, he has mentioned that Sunaina was offered to do the female lead in Madhan. Nonetheless, due to his severe leg injury, the shooting was stalled and later the project was shelved due to financial crisis.

But now as the film is ready to hit the screens, she is stirring up troubles, says Jai Akash, who strongly admits that he will file a case against her in court and settle the disputes legally.

Nakul who made his debut in Kadhalil Vizhundhen is the brother of actress Devayani. Currently he is acting in Masilamani and Kandakottai. Sunaina who paired with him is also pairing with him in Masilamani. There are rumors that love has blossomed between them. When Nakul who was dancing with Sunaina for the song sequence for the film Masilamani at AVM Studios was asked about his affair, he said,” There is no truth in the rumor that I am in love with Sunaina. We both are good friends. We discuss a lot about cinema. Since our pair was good in the film Kadhalil Vizhundhen, they have made us act in Masilamani. There is no love between us. I do not love any one. I have got to prove my mettle in cinema. There are also allegation that I am coming late for shooting and that I am trying to sideline Simbhu and Jayam Ravi. All these are false allegations. I am very punctual for shooting. Jayam Ravi and I go the same gym. We are very friendly. My sister Devayani is very encouraging and motivating me. She has advised to me to keep up my acting as I did in Kadhalil Vizhundhen. Now she is producing a film. If she requests me to act in her film, I will definitely act. My role model is Ajith and Vikram. My character is very strong in Masilamani. The story is also different. Kalpaathi Agoram is producing this film.”

Director R N R Manohar who is directing Masilamani said,” This film is a romantic film which will entertain everyone irrespective of their ages. There is innovation in the screenplay. There are five songs and two of them is being shot in foreign locales.”

Actress Sunaina might be just one film old, and yet, she has joined the league of big heroines. After playing Nakul’s love interest in the successful ’Kadhalil Vizhunthen’, the actress goes in for a make over for the film, ’Yathumagi’.

“In the film, I play the role of Annam, and it is the story that has a strong bonding of the daughter and dad, who reside in Kumbakonam. I have been that immersed in the character that my mood on any particular day has been governed by what emotion Annam’s is on that day of shoot. On days when Annam was supposed to be depressed, I really felt low,” says the actress, adding that this was the first time she ever wore a “Dhavani Pavadai.

Ad filmmaker and sound assistant to AR Rahman, Sachin, plays the hero of this film, directed by Balakrishna and produced by Chozha Creations. “A production house that has introduced many people in the industry, including Ajith, has introduced me and actor Sachin now. The film will be a big success, and most of the shooting is over,” he says. Sachin, calling himself blessed for having won the chance, had agreed to shoot for the film despite hurting his leg during one of the action scenes.

Sunaina who made it big with her debut Tamil film “Kadhalil Vizhunthen” is all set to be featured alongside new face of budding stars. But she never regrets for it and says that she herself is a budding star and so she has not calms working with fresh faces. She also confirms that she is open to role opposite to big stars, but must have some life for her in the film.

Speaking about her dream role, Sunaina wants to be featured in a comedy film which will offer a comedy role to her. She wants to be termed as an actress who churns laughter on screen and so she is aiming to get those roles.

Presently Sunaina will be seen with Ajmal in “Kathirvel” and will also feature opposite to Nakulan in ‘Masilamani’. This movie is said to offer Sunaina a role of a bharathanathyam dancer ad s the pretty girl is busy learning the art of Bharathanatyam from a well known guru.

Sunaina is also offered some roles from Tollywood and Malluwood, but she is focusing on her Tamil film career presently. She evaded the question about her love with actor Akash and said that no comments on this issue.

Actress Sunaina, who created waves with her acting in the movie “Kadhalil Vizhuein” is said to be in love with actor Akash and is planning to marry him soon.

Actor Akash grew up in USA and was in Hyderabad to make his debut as an actor in the telugu movie “Anandham” after that he could not succeed in telugu and so migrated to Tamil. Sunaina met Akash on the sets of the movie “Madan” and from then the two were reported to be in love.

Now the couple is planning to settle down in marriage life after September this year. Though Sunaina is having a good film career, she is inclined in settling down in life as soon as possible. So, very soon she may announce her love life to her parents and media soon.

Sunaina, who stole of the hearts of the Chennai crowds with her perfect performance in her debut film “Kadhalil Vizhunthen”, is all set to play a Brahmin girl’s character in her next film “Kathirvel”. It is said that the movie is going to be a typical love story with a message at an end.

Actor Ajmal who proved his excellence in acting with the movie “Ajanthey” is going to romance with Sunaina in this movie. Venkat is going to direct this film and he is debuting with this movie to prove his direction skills.

Kathirvel is being produced by Papilton Communications and is about a 12 class passed out boy who has high ambitions in his life and chases his dreams in order to make his dreams fulfilled. During this process he falls in love with a Brahmin girl and this transforms his life a bit in a negative way. But finally the love makes him take a positive route and helps in making his aims and ambitions fulfilled. Sunaina of Kadhalil Vizhunden’s fame is all set to sizzle again on the silver screen and the movie is titled as “Kadhirvel”. According to sources, the movie is shaping up well and already 35% of it is complete. Sunaina will be seen romancing with actor Ajmal of TN 07 AL 4777.

Sunaina feels safe in Tamil industry and that too in Chennai and so is unwilling to migrate as an actress to other languages presently.

This film is being directed by Venkat who is well known as assistant to versatile Saran. This film is said to be shaping as a youth entertainer and as usual, will have all the ingredients like love, romance, action and sentiment to please all varieties of audiences.

Sagar Madhav is composing the music of this film and will be making his debut in the world of music with this film.
