From the time there is news that there would be a lip-lock scene between Vijay and Ileana in Nanban there is a puzzling situation among all the whether Shankar would retain the lip-lock scene or not.

But speculations are at a buzz that Shankar has decided not to have a kissing scene between Vijay and Ileana D’Cruz. It is known that Vijay is not going to kiss Ileana but the pair will be having close-up shot, which would look like a lip-to-lip scene. But the director has reportedly decided not shoot a smooching scene as it could pave the way for a hullabaloo and moreover the Tamil audience are not used to such scenes.

The unit is currently stationed in Chennai and is found busy filming a song. The filmmakers are in a decision to complete the film by August as they in plans of releasing the film during Diwali. (TK)

The news about Silambarasan playing the role of Sharman Joshi in both Tamil and Telugu remakes of 3 Idiots happened to be the sensational headlines for past couple of days.

But now, it’s literally disappointing to hear Simbu saying that he hasn’t decided about signing this project. Recently, the actor was present for an interactive session with students of journalism and threw some lights on present trend of films and changing mindsets of audiences.

When asked about his decision over signing 3 Idiots remake, the young actor replied that he would love working with actor Vijay, but fans of Ajith Kumar may have some resentments. Very often, Silambarasan used to quote Ajith Kumar as his inspiring role model and the duo shares a great friendship.

Since, there happens to be a sort of clashes between the fans of Vijay and Ajith Kumar in Tamil Nadu, Silambarasan has seemingly made a smart move by staying out of trouble.

Creative director Shanker is busy making his dream project “Endhiran” these days on a budget of Rs 190 cr. This mega project will hit screens in November and will not release in September as earlier reported.

According to reliable sources, director Shanker is in contact with Bollywood’s living legend Amitabh Bachchan these days. There is news that the director wants the actor’s voice as a reciprocal to the robot character in ENDHIRAN. Last month, Shanker visited Bachchan residence in order to discuss the issue with the senior Bachchan.

Director Shanker wants to leave no stone unturned and feels that Amitabh’s voice will be apt to the robot character in his film. Already, this movie has Aishwarya Bachchan in the female lead and if Amitabh’s voice gets added, then the two stars will go into records for sharing space in a high budget movie of Indian cinema. The good looking actress Chaya Singh who plays a lead role in Shankar’s latest production venture ‘Ananthapurathu Veedu’, a horror film which is hitting the screens today says “When I believe in God, I should also believe in ghosts because there has always been good and bad in the world.”

The actress says “At the same time, I am not so scary about the evil elements because I am a strong believer of the Almighty. I firmly believe that He will save me from all troubles and turmoil, if any.”

On speaking about her film, Chaya says “The movie will keep the audience on the edge of their seats. But there are no gory scenes. It will entirely work on the psychology of the viewers.”

Tamilians who are located in Dubai will be happy to hear this news. Kollywood’s mega budget film “Endhiran” which features super stars Rajnikanth in the lead is all set to have its audio release in Dubai. The audio release is said to be held in august 2010 and the film will be releasing in September second week.

As earlier said by Rajnikanth, “Endhiran’s” the movie was supposed to hit screens in August 2010. But now, there is latest news from directors Shanker’s crew that the movie release may get delayed by a fortnight or more. The special affects composing and mixing is said to take more 50 days time and so the wait will be extended long.

A. R. Rahman has composed the music of this film and bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who was paid Rs 6 cr for this project, is said to be a highlight of this film. (HC)

Endhiran which is a dream project of south Indian film director Shanker has a bad news for its fans. The movie releases is furthermore delayed and is postponed to October-November 2010.

Well, the delay in the project is bit disappointing news for all those who are eager to have a glimpse of it. But the good news is that the delay is worthy for the time as the reason is said to be addition of 3D affects.

After seeing the movie “Avatar”, Shanker desired to have his part of “Endhiran” follow the present 3D fashion. So, the entire production team of “Endhiran” is working on the dream and desire of Shanker and will re-work on 250 special affect mixing from now on.

The computer graphics- CG are almost complete and a portion of the film, which is the climax, has to be induced with some CG work. After canning a song, which is still in the recording stages, the entire film shoot will be winded off and then the post production work will resume in a couple of months again.

So, for this reason, the movie is said to take more 4 months time and is expected to be a grand Dasara 2010 release. AR Rahman has composed the music for this film, which features Rajnikanth and Aishwarya Rai in lead. (HC)

Director Shankar is busy calling the shots for Endhiran and the team has been spotted in several locations in Chennai and its suburbs. The latest is that the Endhiran unit was spotted at the Kathipara flyover in Chennai.

Several supporting actors were spotted wearing police uniforms, and there was a strong indication that it was fight or chase sequence. Rajinikanth arrived at the spot at 8 am and the shooting progressed till 12 noon. The traffic at the Kathipara flyover came to a standstill for a couple of hours owing to the shooting.

Endhiran also stars Aishwarya Rai, Danny Denzongpa, Karunas and Santhanam. The film is produced by Sun Pictures.

Swetha 5/10 Wellington Road is a newly released movie which has Keerthi Chawla as superwoman. In this movie, there is rape scene involved with the actress and she has courageously acted in the same. On the following day of the film's release, a viewer uploaded the video of that particular scene in a website. Both the producer and the director were shocked when they saw the video.

Shankar, the producer of the film said that they are planning to give a complaint to the police regarding this. Later, the actress responded to the media and said, "I just did that rape scene only because the story needed it. They shot this scene for two days. Initially I was nervous a little, but later I enjoyed the shooting. Now I'm ready to do this kind of scenes in my forthcoming films without any hesitation..."
