From the time there is news that there would be a lip-lock scene between Vijay and Ileana in Nanban there is a puzzling situation among all the whether Shankar would retain the lip-lock scene or not.

But speculations are at a buzz that Shankar has decided not to have a kissing scene between Vijay and Ileana D’Cruz. It is known that Vijay is not going to kiss Ileana but the pair will be having close-up shot, which would look like a lip-to-lip scene. But the director has reportedly decided not shoot a smooching scene as it could pave the way for a hullabaloo and moreover the Tamil audience are not used to such scenes.

The unit is currently stationed in Chennai and is found busy filming a song. The filmmakers are in a decision to complete the film by August as they in plans of releasing the film during Diwali. (TK)

It looks like South India’s hottie Ileana is finding right time with the Kollywood. Her first film in Tamil ‘KD’ turned to be a terrific flop and she never turned this side. Off the late, there has been a long queue of actors requesting her to pair up with them including superstar Rajnikanth, Vijay and Silambarasan. Regrettably, she never opted to sign their projects until Vikram approached her for his upcoming film ‘VEDI’.

Having completed his quickie titled ‘Kadhal Solla Vandhen’, director Boopathy Pandian delayed to take off with the shooting of ‘Vedi’ and now Ileana seems to have got some problems with her scheduling dates. If nothing works out well between Vikram-Boopathy Pandian and Ileana, they’ll start looking out for Anushka and Thamannah. (KT)

Ileana is said to be charging a remuneration of Rs.1.10 crores. The hot actress has been roped in for a film under the banner ‘Sravanthi Movies‘ with Sravanthi Ravi Kishore as the producer. Young hero Ram is playing the male lead in the film. Surender Reddy who has given a blockbuster hit ‘Kick’ in 2009 with Ileana is directing this film also.

The movie is tentatively titled as ‘Tom and Jerry’ and Ileana is said to be charging a whopping sum of Rs.1.10 crores for 65 days of shooting. (CHIT)

It is reported that Ileana has been offered an ad film from the international brasserie brand of Enamor, which wants to promote its inner wear brand in India, with an Indian face.

It is also reported that, the marketing head of Enamor, Asia was in search of a perfect beauty in India. Bollywood’s Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and Aishwarya rai were in the look out books of the marketing head initially. But due to many reasons, the three fameless could not fetch the ad film project.

After a long search for a perfect female, Ileana’s name is said to be finalized for the photo shoot. It is reported that Ileana is considering the offer and is inclined in doing this ad film, which will expose her to international fashion brands soon. According to the contract, Ileana will be seen promoting Enamor inner wear which includes Panties, Bras for casual wear, party wear, sports wear, and daily wear.

According to sources, Ileana is said to fetch a fat amount through this ad film contract of Enamor in case she signs it. (HC)

Ileana D, Cruz, born on November 1st, 1982, entered the Telugu film with the movie “Devdasu” in 2006. Later on her value in Tollywood increased with the movie “Pokiri” in the same year and then she never looked back. She is now termed as one of the top actress in Tollywood and is also paid heavily for each film.

Until today, Ileana worked in 12 films which are Devadasu; Pokiri; Kedi; Khatranak; Rakhi; Munna; Aata; Jalsa; Bhale Dongalu; KICK; Rechipo and Saleem. Out of these twelve one was a Tamil film which is Kedi.

Devadasu, Pokiri, Jalsa and KICK were super hits in her career. They earned the pretty lasso some name and fame and loads of money. The rest were all either average or super flops. But speaking about her films fate, Ileana says that she is not bothered about their fate. She says that she does what ever the director suggests and takes her salary and is not interested in the fate of the film. She is just interested in her business of acting and nothing more than that.

She justified her statement by saying that, no one cares to pay more to the actress when a movie becomes a super-hit, so in the same way, the actress has no responsibility in case her film sinks at the box office.

Ileana is presently busy with the Telugu movie “Shakti” opposite to Junior NTR. She disclosed to our correspondent that she has three projects lined up and one of them is again opposite to Prince Mahesh Babu, who is her favorite actor in Tollywood. (HC)

But now, the svelte beauty has cleared the air that she is not inclined in bringing her sister in Telugu cinema industry. Well, the reason, the beauty quotes is the competition factor in Tollywood. She is not against her sister taking the film acting field, but she wants her to either make a big mark in Tamil or bollywood.
