Tollywood film industry will soon witness two aunties re-entering into the Telugu cinema arena. Sonali bindre, of ‘Murari’ fame was supposed to act with Akkineni Nagarjuna in his up coming “Dhamarukham”. But her fee for the second female lead role was too high and so she was immediately replaced by simran aunty, who gave birth to her second child, in March 2011. Simran has used all kinds of cream to make her stretch marks vanish and the actress is working out rigorously in Talwalkar’s two times a day, in order to obtain a svelte figure, which she had in early 90’s.
If sources are to be believed, Sonali bindre will be doing a film for producer Manjula, which will be a remake of bollywood super flop ‘ we are family’ which had kajol and Kareena Kapoor in lead. If sources are to be believed, producer Manjula has convinced sonali bindre and Ileana for the script. But Akkineni Nagarjuna is not inclined in doing this project, as the storyline is very close to his real life.
The movie script will have certain changes, best suited for the Telugu audiences viewing. Meanwhile, simran has signed the movie ‘Dhamarukham’ and is said to play a spacio role in the movie, besides Anushka Shetty. (HC)

Simran failed miserably in her second innings after marriage. Her films in Telugu as well as Tamil flopped miserably. Even her foray on to the small screen did not yield good results.
The sensuous actress Simran is thinking of moving beyond just acting in films. It is reported that she is thinking of launching her film production company. Sources say Simran has been toying with this idea for a long time. Now that her acting career has reached a new low and chances of getting heroine roles are diminished and hence she is wisely making this move. It is believed that she is taking some valuable business tips from Bhoomika in this regard.
Bhoomika is helping Simran with the nitty gritty of managing a production house, sources of finance, distribution network and also contract details.Many writers and directors are keen to work with Simran’s production company. Some of the scripts have reportedly been written keeping her in mind for the lead role. Let’s hope she will taste success as a producer also.
Simran was a top heroine in Telugu film industry as well as Tamil film industry. However after her marriage, when she tried to make a come back, her second innings proved to be a complete disaster. None of her films in her second innings, John Appa Ro and Okkamogdu gave her the desired push.
Slim Simran now decide to act only in heroine roles in forthcoming movies. After Varanam Ayiram and Seval success (?) she decided to say good-bye to Small screen. Because of her non-prompt attendance for serial shooting, her serial is stopped without any pre-notice in Jeya TV.
Actress Simran stole the hearts of young lads to the old men with her sizzling body physiques. However, as many of the actresses who lose their body shape after entering into nuptials, Simran also fell under that category. At the moment, though she has been striving to make great comeback, her ageing looks have made unit members call her ‘Aunty’.
